I posted before too. 8 months ago, I had functional and cosmetic nose surgery for a deviated septum, with hump rasping, and only septal cartilage was used. I wanted removal because of a foreign-body sensation from the septal cartilage, so about 15 days later I proceeded with early removal, and I thought everything had been removed. But while going in for treatment, they said they had left a little septal cartilage behind. Since it seemed unreasonable to ask them to remove it again right away without prior notice, I was recovering I went back to the hospital where I had it done and had a consultation while asking for my surgical records. The director at the hospital where I had it done said they had left a little septal cartilage and that it could be reused, and for me, the foreign-body sensation got a little better after the early removal compared with the first surgery, so I could accept that, but the pinched feeling and…
