<Cosmetic nose surgery><Nose removal>I had surgery in 2013 using Silitex + septal cartilage + ear cartilage, and because I had a hump, I had lateral osteotomy. At first I was satisfied that the hump was gone, but little by little it started to look crooked, and maybe because of the implant, my nose felt bigger than my original nose. Also, since I had a hump before, I disliked the droopy, arrow-shaped nose feeling, and when I smiled, the implant stayed fixed, making it look even more noticeable. After thinking about it, I went to consultations at about 6 places including the hospital where I had the original surgery, and on 1/11 I had all the implants removed, and also had the capsule + scar tissue removed. After the surgery, the doctor said scar tissue had filled inside the Silitex, making it look higher. There were also severe adhesions. I was under sedation for about 10 minutes, and after that I just kept my eyes closed. After the surgery I was dizzy but walked out, and the bruising was much worse than when I had the surgery originally. It’s still hard to say anything definite because I can’t guarantee the shape yet, but I received a lot of help from this community, so I came to write a review :) There is still swelling, but I’m fairly satisfied. Breathing has also gotten better than before. I’ll come back later to write another review~~
