I had surgery with septal extension, spreader grafting, and rib cartilage particles placed on the nasal dorsum, and now I’m thinking about early removal. I’m going to leave the spreader grafting in place to prevent the septum from bending again, and I’m thinking about removing everything else. I’ve seen people say the nasal tip can lift during the contraction phase. My nose was originally droopy, and unless it’s lifted quite a lot, it wouldn’t become an upturned nose, but to prevent that, would it be right to put ear cartilage in the nasal tip? I just want removal and don’t want to touch my nose again because of any more foreign-body sensation or things like that, but they said the shape could look strange after removal, so instead of removal, revision surgery…
