I had rhinoplasty 5 years ago, and after getting a CT scan, they said the nasal bridge is crooked and the implant at the nasal tip is almost attached close to the skin, so it’s dangerous. They said inflammation and contracture are also progressing. Since I have rhinitis, they said it would be done together with rhinitis surgery, and they showed me 3D virtual plastic surgery images after surgery. They said replacing the existing silicone with donated costal cartilage or autologous costal cartilage would reduce side effects. I think I consulted with the director for 20 minutes and with the consultant for almost 1 hour.
