I had surgery at a factory-style clinic near Gangnam Station when I was 21 I lived thinking it wasn’t bad, wasn’t bad, but after 13 years, the tip of my nose has drooped so much that it looks like a hump nose, and this year my nose tip keeps feeling heavy I think I need revision surgery but the implant inside is Silitex, which they don’t even really use these daysㅠㅠ I’m worried first because it seems like removal will be difficult I think I need to go to a rhinoplasty revision hospital but there’s so little information these days, so I want some help I don’t want a flashy nose, I just want it to look natural with no side effectsㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
