10 years ago, I had surgery with 4 mm silicone and ear cartilage. At first it was fine, but from year 7, part of the silicone in the nasal bridge lifted, and it gradually became crooked. I was scared to have it redone, so I tried to just live with it.
At the hospital where I had a consultation, they inserted a needle into the area where the silicone had lifted and tried to drain it, and water came out.... They said even if they drained it, it would keep filling up, and the only solution was surgery.
I left the ear cartilage in the nasal tip and removed only the silicone. I feel so relieved.....
