I’m 5 months post-op, and I originally had dry skin, but after rhinoplasty my nose has become so oily. When I wake up in the morning and wipe my nose, oil comes off, like seriously People usually say it goes back once the nose recovers, but does this really go back? Maybe after about a year? My guess is that as cartilage was put into the nasal tip, the skin became stretched and the pores widened, so oil is coming out that much, like gush-gush. If I remove it, will it get better? I’m planning to remove it once 6 months have passed.
