My natural nose wasn’t upturned, and after surgery, maybe because too much ear cartilage was placed at the nasal tip, my nose looked upturned. It’s been like that continuously from right after surgery until now. If I remove the ear cartilage at the nasal tip and the silicone, will it go back to my natural nose? There weren’t any other manipulations, only ear cartilage and silicone. When I had consultations at the three major clinics, they did say there would be no chance of it turning up and that it would return to my natural nose, but since it’s been a long time, almost 9-10 years since my surgery, I’m worried it might still turn up even after total removal. Is there anyone here who had a similar case and had their nose turn up after total removal?
