It was a revision surgery using autologous costal cartilage, (my first surgery used donated costal cartilage. Don't use donated costal cartilage. People like me have a high chance of absorption, especially people who drink a lot or smokers, I absolutely don't recommend it) and I also had nostril lowering done. But nostril lowering leaves more scarring than I expected...? And cartilage protrudes inside the nose.. I hope you keep this in mind and think carefully
