Right now I’m not sure whether my extension is autologous costal cartilage or Medpor. I remember having autologous costal cartilage extension and autologous dermis in 2007, then revision surgery only on the nasal bridge in 2008, but on CT there is no calcification at all in the extension area, so I received an opinion that Medpor is suspected. Is it possible that autologous costal cartilage might not have calcified?ㅠㅠ I’m currently looking into removal, and if it’s Medpor, the situation is really hopeless. Fortunately, I don’t think there’s any inflammation. Is there anyone here who knows how the nose moves if septal extension is done with Medpor? My nose moves well left and right…
