Is there anyone whose original nose and surgical nose were very different and had total removal? How is it? After about 6 months, does it almost go back? I had the hump shaved and used silicone and septal cartilage to correct a bulbous, wide nose. When I look at old photos, my nose width was seriously huge, but now it’s just right. I keep thinking I should get total removal because the nasal tip is showing through and there’s a foreign-body sensation, but I also don’t think I’m ready yet to go back to that wide bulbous nose from before
