When removing the nasal silicone, it would be better to leave the septal extension, right? I’ve seen a lot of stories from people who had complete removal saying their nose lifted during the contracture period, so complete removal scares me ㅠㅠ So I want to either just leave the nasal tip as it is, or if removing the silicone makes it lower and creates a step-off, I’d rather lower it a little and reposition it. Is there anyone here who had revision surgery like that? If you do complete removal, how much did it lift during the contracture period, if it did? And if I originally had a bulbous nose, after complete removal does it go back to the original bulbous nose, or does it return as an even more spread-out bulbous nose? Removal is really something to worry about too.
