At some point, I started having trouble breathing through one side of my nose. If I block the side I can breathe through well, the airway is almost completely blocked. It opens up once in a while, but even then it feels like I can only breathe about 70%. Why is this happening? Should I go to the hospital?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
