Honestly, my mind was leaning toward SY, and I even told them my preferred reservation date, but my nose skin is seriously thin, so I’m so scared of capsule removal. I heard that if you remove it when the skin is thin, necrosis can happen, so with SSY, capsule removal is optional through a closed approach, which is good, but I’m also scared that with a closed approach, cartilage repositioning might not be done properly. Where on earth should I bookㅠㅠㅠㅠㅋㅋㅋㅋ
