Can they remove the nose silicone and all the cartilage that was placed upright, and then close the nose after only doing nasal tip cartilage tying? I've already had nostril reduction, and even before surgery, my concern was more about the nose shape than the nasal bridge, so I'd like the nasal tip to be somewhat tied. Do they usually do surgery that way too?
