I had rhinoplasty 10 years ago, and the silicone implant was slightly crooked, so while getting rhinitis surgery, I had the existing silicone removed and had revision surgery with a custom implant. Even before this, my nostrils were slightly uneven, and should I say the lengths on both sides of the nasal ala area were different? That was the case, but when I took photos today on day 4, both sides are still uneven. Why could that be,,ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ Since I haven’t had the splint removed yet, I’m even more anxious, and I wonder if that unevenness is just because of facial asymmetry,,ㅠㅠ or if the surgery was done wrong,, They do offer AS, but I have to wait 6 months, and I don’t think I can go through this one more timeㅠ
apqid The degree of bone sinking on the side of the alar wing differs, so this one cannot be helped.
apqid [@apqid] The right side where the ear cartilage insertion is placed is higher. The nose itself is symmetric; that area is more recessed, so it comes down more and looks asymmetric. This is unavoidable and is not from rhinoplasty.
