A step-off suddenly appeared, so I want to have revision surgery only on the nasal tip. Would that be possible? I guess I should expect the cost to be over 3 million won..? For my first surgery, they used septal cartilage. Would it be possible to reuse it..? I don’t want to use autologous rib cartilage Since I’m a working adult, I can’t just get surgery whenever I want.. I’m so upset
