I had nose surgery once 12 years ago, and used silicone for the nasal bridge, septal cartilage and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. Starting about a week ago, I’ve been feeling an extremely severe pulling sensation in my nose. All day longㅠ It feels like something is pressing on my face, and I was holding out with painkillers, but today I went to the hospital and got antibiotics. What I’m curious about is, if this is a symptom of contracture, does the phenomenon of the nose lifting happen suddenly and rapidly? For practical reasons, I can’t have surgery right away… Can it get better while taking antibiotics? Even before this, when my immunity got weak, my nose has ached before …

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
