Day 18 after surgery, people around me say I got uglier.

I am someone who is on day 18 after surgery as of today. Not to brag, but I used to hear that I was pretty. I got nose surgery because I just wanted to become a little.. just a little prettier, but I was depressed from the day of surgery.. because it looked crooked.. I think it was because of swelling, but anyway I was depressed.. And today is day 18-- By around now, has most of the swelling gone down?? Is there still a long way to go?? The area between my eyebrows looks strange, the left and right sides of my nose are different, and the columella is diagonal too. Anyway, anyway.. The most important thing is that I hate even looking in the mirror now. Even to me, I look ugly. And what's important is.. After nose surgery, I already developed social avoidance for 10 days, but I inevitably met some people, and among the 6 people I met, 5 said I got uglier.. Not outright, but they said before was better... like that. That I look hollow-eyed... I look sick. I look like a nine-tailed fox.. Anyway The remaining 1 person said not that I got prettier, but that it didn't show. When I asked, didn't I get prettier? No one answered that. As the area between my eyebrows rose, my eyes look deeply sunken.. So I'm being told I look very sick.. Originally, among my facial features, only my eyes were pretty. Now even those eyes have lost their charm. My face changed strangely... The front view has become completely strange. At least the side view at a 45-degree angle has become pretty. But for me, the front view has to be pretty; I don't feel much charm from the side view. If the front view is strange, there seems to be no need to look at the side view... Are other people like this in the early stage too?? Or should I just remove the silicone?? Does 2.5 mm make that much of a difference? I just keep sighing and can't sleep. I only have nightmares every day. -------------------------------------- I also have questions 1. The bridge of my nose has become dark and patchy; is this inflammation?? 2. It's day 18, but my nose still hurts a lot.. The inside of my nostrils hurts too, and still when I turn my head, I can feel the silicone moving with it. 3. After nose surgery, I can't breathe because of nasal obstruction. How long does this last?? -------------------------------
