Could scar tissue injections be done here too?

Among you all,,, has anyone ever gotten a scar tissue injection in the area I marked?? I feel like that area is more sensitive than the sides of the tip of the nose,, it somehow feels like it would sink in,,, because the skin there is softer,,, I’m upset that it sticks out,,,, other areas are really almost back to normal,,, to those suffering from scar tissue after removal (hardening,,, extra tissue forming,,, lumps,,, contraction,,, etc.,),,, I hope you stay strong,,, it’s been two months since my removal,,, it’s not completely better yet,, and the shape and fullness of my nose still change a little in the morning, afternoon,,, and night, but it’s definitely gotten a lot better,,, the fullness has gone down too, and as for it hardening, it’s no longer something I worry about that much,,, except in the morning, once I’ve been up for an hour or two it isn’t hard anymore,,, my skin was always thick to begin with, so my nose tip was never soft like dough,,, maybe I should say it has a chewy texture,,, anyway,, that’s how it is now,,, maybe the fact that I cared for it like crazy in the beginning helped a bit,,, I think my skin heals quickly, which is good,,, but because I have oily skin, a lot of sebum, and thick skin, it seems to have improved only this much,,, if I had dry, thin skin, I think it would have gone back much more completely by now,,, anyway,,, back to the main point,,,, the marked area is slightly raised,, (it seems like it might be inflammatory acne, or a hypertrophic scar, or scar tissue after surgery,,,, actually that area itself wasn’t the surgical site,,,, but scar tissue forms around the surgical area too,,) so the tip of my nose is a little different from before,,, has anyone gotten a scar tissue injection in this area? Or if you’ve had scar tissue injections,,, please 꼭 reply,,,ㅠㅜ please,, does it only sink in right where the injection was given,,, or does the affected area get depressed to some extent? If a wider area shrinks, I feel like the shape would become weird,,, (it would be better if it were the sides of the tip of the nose,,ㅠㅜ) but if it sinks in narrowly, that also seems weird,,ㅠㅜ ah,,, I’m even considering shaving it down with a laser,,,ㅠㅜ that carries some risk too,,ㅠㅜ the brown area is before surgery,,, the middle photo is the current one.
