Please help.. after chin surgery..

I really even had to write a post.. Today makes 13 days since my chin surgery.. I also had forehead fat grafting and nose surgery together... but.. I’m in so much pain that I don’t even have time to worry about the nose shape.. I’m satisfied that my mouth is less protruded, but.. even if I just lightly press it with my finger, it hurts so, so, so much.. I went to the hospital today too.. and there are a few people around me who had chin surgery, and they usually say they’re fine after a few days, but today the doctor looked at how much pain I was in and said it was strange.. even said this was the first case like this he’d seen.. he said to wait a bit longer.. and if it really hurts, you can’t live with the pain, so we’ll have to take it out.. but I don’t know why it hurts so much, and the doctor says the same thing.. I’ve never seen someone like this after chin surgery either.. is this rejection? I’m not someone who usually overreacts to pain or anything, but today when the doctor kept pressing on it, it hurt so much that I was lying down crying my eyes out.. why is this happening.. seriously.. I’m under so much stress.. it hurts and it’s so hard.. the swelling is all gone already.. do I just need more time before it stops hurting?
