Nose Surgery Reviews

Fourth nose surgery, finally satisfied! Functional + cosmetic rhinoplasty, 3 months…

I had surgery at Itzbee exactly 3 months ago. It was really surprising that even at 2 months I wondered, this might be the final result? But when it became 3 months, the nose line changed a lot. Swelling has dropped a lot, and every time I look in the mirror, the shape of my nose is getting clearer and clearer.

Especially when looking from the side, it used to feel slightly blunt before, but now it’s coming down in a subtle, soft way, and the line I wanted is appearing, so I’m very satisfied.

So I think that’s why they say to wait until swelling goes down.

And the most surprising thing was that my nose used to be crooked. It’s completely gone now. Before, the nasal midline was clearly bent, so it always looked a bit asymmetrical, but now, even from the front, the left-right balance is perfectly matched, and the nostril asymmetry is not noticeable at all. I think this was a result that was possible only because functional rhinoplasty was done together.

As someone who has had surgery multiple times, I can say that even if the tip or bridge looks pretty, you may be satisfied, but in the end, only by correcting both function and structure together do you get a proper result. That was what I learned this time.

Breathing is definitely easier now. Of course, if it’s still dry or I’m tired, a little crusting can still form inside the nose. But it’s not to the point of “What is this?” like at 2 months; it feels like it disappears naturally.

Actually, this was my fourth surgery, and I worried a lot about whether this would be the last one, but this time it feels really different.

Of course getting prettier is natural, and so is easier breathing. I had not fixed these two until now, so I ended up here, and that’s why I’m now moved by both the high cosmetic satisfaction and the fact that breathing has become easier.

They said swelling will still go down more, so I’m looking forward to next month too.

For someone who has had multiple nose surgeries, around 3 months is when you start to see whether your surgery was done well or not. Right now, every time I look in the mirror, I really feel this one was done well.
