My nose wasn’t ugly or especially low, but I thought it was lower than the rest of my features, so I spent almost a year doing research and going to consultations. A friend’s acquaintance said theirs turned out naturally well, so I went for a consultation, had surgery right away, and it’s been about four years now. It was my first surgery, and I didn’t want anything flashy or obviously done, so from the consultation onward I kept stressing to the doctor that I wanted it natural. The result really is natural, though still at a height that a typical Korean nose probably couldn’t reach, and it saved the shape of my own nose, so I’m very satisfied. That said, looking at it now, there is a little bit of regret that I should have raised it just a bit more.. but even if I went back, I would still go to Dr. Kim. I’m pretty prone to health anxiety, so after the surgery I sometimes went to the hospital for consultation a few times because I’d get a strange musty smell inside my nose, but it wasn’t really a side effect. I guess everyone who has had nose surgery gets this, but when it’s cold or hot, my nose alone turns reeeally red.. it’s kind of a point that gives away that I had nose surgery Anyway, the conclusion is: if you want to raise the nose while keeping it natural, I recommend Dr. Kim!!
