My first nose surgery review, written honestly because they said it was okay

<Before surgery, my nose was really low><How it looks now after nose surgery!!!>They said I could just write it naturally, so I’m writing what I rememberrrr I didn’t need anything else, just absolutely no obvious signs of surgery I strongly!!! emphasized to the clinic that I wanted my nose raised naturally ---------My criteria for choosing the clinic------ 1. It shouldn’t be like a factory-style clinic 2. The skill had to be definitely good > because I didn’t know what material I’d be using! 3. A place specializing in revision surgery It was my first surgery, but I went to a place that’s good at revision surgery.. so CT was standard, and there was a place that could also take X-rays, so I liked that Everyone who was recommended autologous costal cartilage should, if possible, go to a place that checks this thoroughly -------Surgery info----- I used silicone and autologous costal cartilage, and also had bulbous nose correction, osteotomy, and columella lowering!!! --------Surgery timeline------ I went clinic-shopping in April-May and had surgery in early June. My septal cartilage was limited, so I used autologous costal cartilage On surgery day, I wore comfortable clothes that were easy to change out of I thought it might be hard to bend my upper body, so instead of sneakers that needed tying, I wore Crocs! When I woke up from surgery, my whole face felt kind of dull and heavy?? For me, it felt a bit tight And more than the rib area, having nasal packing was harder for me... I was just waiting for the nasal packing to be removed I heard swelling is worse on days 2-3, but anyway, the first day just passed in a blur I thought everything would be over once only the packing was removed, but the area under the splint was so itchy!!!!! All I wanted to do was scratch it like crazy But after the splint came off, I was busy looking in the mirror During the consultation with the director, we spent sooo long shaping the nose in Photoshop Even considering the swelling, it had that same kind of shape Ah, I should have taken a photo then, but I didn’t know I’d write a review, so I forgot… Oh, and everyone whose throat gets super dry, spray something like an oral spray!! Somehow when I used this, my throat felt much less parched,, It also felt like it got rid of bad breath, so good.. I really like my nose shape now Before, my columella was too short so it looked upturned, but columella lowering totally fixed it The nasal tip is, hmm.. honestly, looking at it again, I did wonder if I should have made it higher? But if it were higher, it might have been too much??
