I posted before asking what people thought about doing fat grafting together when getting my nose done, and I recently went for a consultation,,, The first place I went to was TKRS At first, I consulted with the consultant, and they said that if my forehead and anterior cheekbones are flat, it could look unnatural if only my nose is raised My face is honestly quite flat, so I was already thinking of doing fat grafting together and had looked into DDO as well, so the explanation made sense,,, The doctor said that in cases like mine, where the skin is thin, if the nasal tip is raised too aggressively, the cartilage could show through, and that this amount was the limit. They lifted my nose with a cotton swab and showed me in the mirror... but it wasn’t as low as I thought, and it looked just right, natural yet defined..?,, They said that once the nasolabial angle is corrected, the slight protruding-mouth look should also improve. Up to this point, the explanation was detailed and I felt like the result would turn out well, so I had high expectations, but the part I’m a little unsure about is the fat grafting, not the nose,,, It’s not absolutely necessary, but when thinking about how I’ll look after nose surgery, it does seem right to do them together... Has anyone here done fat grafting together with nose surgery? How was it? If the forehead is flat, do you definitely recommend doing it together...? Please tell me about facial balance, longevity, and things like that
