I had rhinoplasty today.. I really hope everyone gets sedation anesthesia

I had rhinoplasty today~ I was just planning to do only the nasal bridge between my eyes.. But I had a slight hump on my nose.. so to match that.. I was going to put in silicone.. but in the end.. they said there was absolutely no way;;; So they shaved it down a little and placed silicone over it, and raised the bridge between my eyes. They said they would raise it by 3~4 mm.. The surgery time got that much longer too.. And anesthesia does not work well on me.. So during surgery they kept giving me anesthesia several times.......;; This was the same when my molar was growing sideways and they had to split it to remove it..;; They kept giving me anesthesia in between then too. Anyway, because of double eyelid surgery and other health issues.. I have had surgeries at hospitals before.. So this is my 4th surgery in total. While I was hospitalized, I had countless tests.. antibiotic injections.. and all sorts of things.. I have really been through a lot.. But someone like me.. while having nose surgery today.. felt this... Ah...... if someone told me to have nose surgery a second time, I absolutely could not do it.. It hurt.. -_- The pain itself was bearable.. But I cannot tell you how scary it was.. and the sensation was awful too. Both nostrils were blocked, and they kept pressing hard and pulling.. Really...... that fear and terror.. I do not care about swelling or bruising and things like that... But I have a severe compulsion about washing.. A crazy compulsion where I shower for at least 1 hour a day..;; Because of this, I feel like I am going out of my mind right now.. On the way home, the traffic light was changing, so I ran a little;; Right now I do not even have cotton stuffed in.;;; I just have tape on. There is no bleeding either;; I am not sure;; I really want to wash right now.. and feel refreshed.. More than anything, as for the surgery result right now, I just.. Whether it is artificial-looking.. or too natural.. I just do not really..;; have any strong thoughts about it.. All I only hope for is.... that I do not get inflammation.. But because the post-surgery journey was so exhausting.. I smoked a little..;; I am a woman who cannot drink even a sip of alcohol......;;;;;;
