I had my nasal tip done with septal cartilage, and it’s day 6 now. Right now it’s just right, my nose isn’t upturned and I like it As the swelling goes down, will the nasal tip definitely come down more..? I saw comments here saying that for people whose noses look upturned, it all comes down once the swelling goes down But for me, right now is exactly right, and if it comes down more I feel like it’ll become a droopy, arrow-shaped nose. Is it definitely supposed to come down????? Sob
