My nasal tip was blunt and had a lot of soft tissue, so I had revision surgery recently. Originally, I already had a lot of tissue at the nasal tip, but after raising it with ear cartilage, it became even more blunt ㅠㅠ (rather than becoming more blunt, the blunt tip was lifted, so it became more noticeable). Since I also raised the bridge, overall my nose looked too big for my face. So this time, after looking around at different places, I had revision surgery at a plastic surgery clinic in Gangnam. They removed tissue from the nasal tip (they said they reused the existing ear cartilage as it was. Before surgery, they said they might use cartilage from my left ear if needed, but they didn’t^^). According to the doctor, after 2 weeks, it should become about the size of my original nasal tip, and after 4 weeks, the swelling should go down more and it should become slimmer. I’m around day 11 now, getting close to 2 weeks, but my nasal tip is still bluntㅠ.ㅠ If anyone has had this done, did it really become slimmer after a month~? Oh, and I also changed my nasal bridge implant from silicone to Gore-Tex and lowered it a bit~ My skin is too thin, so the silicone was showing through. They said Gore-Tex looks more natural for thin skin like mine. But now I can see an “11” shape, so I’m a bit worried. Does the “11” shape become more natural? There is still a little swelling around my eyes, and I’m curious whether it will go down together as the eye swelling subsides : )

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone
