It’s been 4–5 months since I had closed rhinoplasty with silicone + ear cartilage.. I’m a man, and my nose before surgery wasn’t bad either.. I went to several consultations, and some clinics said it was fine and told me not to do it.. It was just that, to me, my nose looked a little upturned.. and it looked a bit small for a male nose, so I ended up getting rhinoplasty.. But after having the surgery with the closed method, this has become totally like Pinocchio;; It still looks so unnatural.. The doctor says he looks at the result one year after surgery.. but honestly it all sounds like a lie.. It’s been months and it still looks like Pinocchio.. It’s too pointy.. They say they’ll do revision surgery, but should I have surgery here??.. Is it normally like this if you have surgery with the closed method?.. The area between my eyebrows is also crooked..;; a lot to the left.. It’s obvious at a glance.. Can they remove the ear cartilage and make it like it was before?? Even after 6 months?? Or can they make it a little blunter?? I’m going crazy.. Please tell me.. Oh, and wouldn’t a lateral canthoplasty suit my eyes perfectly????
