It's been 4 to 5 months since I had closed rhinoplasty with silicone + ear cartilage.. I'm a man, and my nose before surgery wasn't bad either.. I went to consultations at several places, and some clinics said it was fine and told me not to do it.. It was just that my nose looked slightly upturned to me, and compared with a typical male nose, it looked a bit small, so I ended up getting rhinoplasty.. But after getting it done with a closed approach, I completely became Pinocchio;; It still looks so unnatural.. The doctor says he looks at the result 1 year after surgery.. Honestly, it all sounds like a lie.. Several months have passed and it still looks like Pinocchio.. It's too pointy.. They say they'll do a revision for me, but should I have surgery here??.. Is this what usually happens when you have surgery with a closed approach?.. The glabella is crooked too..;; A lot to the left.. You can tell at a glance.. Can they remove the ear cartilage and make it like before surgery?? Even after 6 months?? Or can they make it a bit more blunt?? I'm going crazy..ㅜㅜ Please tell me..
