I’m posting this while I’m furious at the hospital and so upset that I’m holding back tears, but still crying. In the second week of October, on Monday, I had buried-incision double eyelid surgery / nose surgery / and stem-cell fat grafting in my forehead and cheeks. At that time, what we had clearly agreed on was that silicone and ear cartilage would be placed in my nose. But once I lay down on the operating table, the director said, “I think it could come out well with stem-cell fat too. Will you trust me?” So I trusted him and went ahead with it. But my nose didn’t come up. The nasal tip, I mean. The nasal bridge rose a little. So about a month later, around the second week of November, on Tuesday I think, I got AS revision only for my nose. I heard it was 3 mm silicone. But on the operating table, this time he didn’t put in the ear cartilage. When I said I had talked with the consultant and that he was supposed to put it in, he said I didn’t need it because there was fat from before. His tone was almost like, “What more do you want?” and I was really offended, but I held it in because he was the person doing the surgery. But now a month has passed, and with my nose, even if it’s because I had fat put into my forehead, the glabella area did improve. But the nasal tip is still blunt and rounded... Even if I’m not someone who’s already 6 months post-op, after one month the shape should show once the bandage is off, and by now shouldn’t the nasal tip be standing up to some extent? They didn’t even do it the way I asked, and I was so angry and stewing over it that I went today and said something, but then an even more absurd situation happened. It’s a hospital at Samseong Station. It takes me 1 hour from home to get there. I went there with difficulty, even while I had a cold, and did I talk to the director for even 30 seconds, not even 1 minute, just about 30 seconds? I had so many things I wanted to ask, but he was so busy...???^^^^ He told me to make an appointment for 3 months later and leave. So I went to the counter, and in that moment I got so angry that I said, “F***, what kind of hospital is this?” and the counter suddenly got intimidated. But in that moment, I wondered whether they even knew how many millimeters had been put into my nose, so I asked more. Then they said they would have to look at the chart. But can you guess what they said? “Because there’s no record, the director says he’ll have to measure it with a ruler,” the woman at the counter said. Are they kidding? What era is this, not recording something like that? Then do they measure every patient who comes in with a ruler? Or am I the only one being treated in this crappy way? All together, it was 5 million won. I guess that money looks that trivial to them? I’m so angry right now. I can only cry. From the side it does come out naturally, but what I wanted was a nose that stood sharply like Kim Tae-hee or Song Hye-kyo, but there’s no way the nasal tip could stand up when they didn’t even put in ear cartilage. Before the surgery they treated me so well, but now that everything is done, is it just “not my problem” to them? What kind of hospital treats a patient like this? I seriously want to demand that they pay me back the cost of the nose surgery. They say they’ll redo it in March, but by then my semester starts and I have to go to school, so what am I supposed to do? I had no choice but to set the date for March 6, but if they had done it the way I asked back in October, would this situation of me going back and forth to the hospital dozens of times have happened? It’s not some quack hospital, and it seems celebrities go there too, but I don’t know how there can be such a horrible hospital. I had my own plans too, which is why I did it in October, so if things turn out like this, how are they going to compensate me for all my plans? I really want to get a refund right away.
