I booked surgery today... I’m scared;;

Hello.. I don’t really have anyone around me to ask.. so I’m posting because I feel frustrated. I’ve always wanted to get nose surgery.. It’s not that my nose is very strange.. but my eyes are large, so my facial features are kind of on the larger side.. and my nose, how should I put it, doesn’t have much impact? My nasal bridge is a bit low, and my nasal alae are a bit blunt, so I wanted to refine it.. and today I finally went and did it. The only surgery I’ve ever had in my life is LASEK, so even after setting the surgery date now, I’m really very scared;;; The clinic was recommended by people around me as being good... Among the older girls I know, some had their noses done.. and it was so natural that you could barely tell whether they had done it or not, it just made you think they had pretty noses, so I asked where they got it done.. They said they had it done at ㅈ ㅈ Plastic Surgery in Apgujeong, so today I went for a consultation for the first time in my life.. the clinic seemed okay.. and they could book the date I wanted (since I’m an office worker, I can’t just do it anytime..), so for now I made a reservation and came back today.. After coming here.. there are people whose surgeries didn’t go well.. so honestly right now I’m half wanting to do it and half wanting to give up. So I’d like to get some recommendations, like what the reviews are like for the place called ㅎㅈㅈ that I went to today.. or whether there are other good places.. Ah.. for reference, the doctor said I should use ear cartilage at the front and insert silicone... He emphasized that it should be done naturally~ Just when I was thinking I wanted to do it somewhere that makes it natural, the doctor’s preferred style seemed similar to mine, so.. my easily swayed ears kicked in and I went ahead and booked it no matter what.. I’m scared.. What should I do? Seniors please give me some advice..
