It's been one month since facial contouring + full jawline contouring surgery, but there's no effect..

They did say that because I have a lot of muscle, I may see the full effect after about 4-5 months.. It's been one month, but people just ask if I've gained weight.. they don't notice.. When I went to the dentist and internal medicine clinic and told them during treatment that I had square jaw surgery.. they asked if I had underbite surgery, or cheekbone surgery.. Only the square shape is gone, and it's just the same.. They said they don't take CT scans after surgery, so I don't know how much was shaved, and they only showed me the bone that was shaved.. At that time I was out of it, so I don't even remember how much was shaved... Also, the right side feels somehow more adhered, but on the left, whether it's flesh or swelling, there's a slight difference between the left and right.. The surgery wasn't done unevenly, right?? I thought I would at least see some effect after about a month, but it feels bleak.. I had it done at a fairly famous hospital.. And the stitched area from surgery near my lower lip feels tight, and it feels foreign and swollen... Could it be because the inside of my mouth is swollen? Sometimes there's pain, maybe gum pain, but the plastic surgery clinic says it's absolutely not inflammation... Today I went to the hospital because of a cold, and at the internal medicine clinic I was prescribed antibiotics and gargle.. Maybe surgery lowers immunity.. I caught a cold for the first time in almost 2 years.. At first I suffered so much because of tooth pain.. If someone told me to do it again, I don't think I could, but if there's no effect, I feel like I might want to do it again.. The hospital is really kind and good.. I really hope I see some effect as time passes.. But do they normally not take CT scans after surgery?? If I ask to take one, would they take it?? But even if I look at the scan, I can't undo anything anyway
