It’s been a little over 3 weeks since removal, and I’m heading toward 4 weeks. I’m still anxious, so I thought I might start taking Rizaben even now and got a prescription. They said this medication is originally not covered by insurance. Is that right? They also said it’s a medication for allergic rhinitis and asthma. The ENT doctor said they weren’t sure what relationship this has with preventing scar tissue. My husband has rhinitis. If he goes and says he’s taking it because of rhinitis and gets a prescription, would the medication cost be a bit cheaper? Or is it the same no matter who buys it?
