1 year since surgery

My bridge was low, my nasal tip was blunt, and my columella was short, so from far away it was the kind of nose where only the two nostrils really stood out. I got stressed when taking photos and wanted to change my image, so I had surgery. 3 mm silicone in the bridge, ear cartilage in the nasal tip, and the columella was lengthened downward too. I said I didn't want a high nose and just asked for an ordinary-looking nose, but they made my nose pointy with a sharply defined bridge line. Until 3 months, it really looked strangely monstrous, but as time passed, it gradually started to fit my face. So people seeing me for the first time told me my nose was pretty, and I heard that a lot. Anyway, it wasn't so awkward that it stood out at first glance. But what I dislike is that because of the nasal bridge, the glabella stands up and my eyes changed. Since they look a bit closer together than before, I look fierce. And it's okay when I'm still, but when I smile, the nasal tip becomes completely pointy and my face looks artificial? Anyway, depending on the person, some people become perfect after rhinoplasty, but for someone like me, even if the nose is low, a natural nose may be the best fit, and surgery can actually suit you less Anyway, as soon as school break starts, I'm going to have it removed.. They say they'll remove all the silicone and remove the nasal tip cartilage while leaving a little, but is that possible? Will it go well..?
