It’s been about 1 year since my nose surgery.. As you can see in the after-surgery photo, my nasal tip is really large and blunt. The bridge is also high, so I look like I have a big bulbous nose.. It has gotten to the point where I have social phobia and can’t even look people properly in the eyes.. So, with the thought that I absolutely had to have it removed during this winter break, I went around to about two plastic surgery clinics in Apgujeong. The doctors there all said it was a failed bulbous-nose surgery case, that the area between my brows is too high so it needs to be lowered, and for the nasal tip, they said to remove the septal cartilage, put ear cartilage in again to make it more defined, and remove scar tissue.. But the problem is that it would cost 4-5 million won.. So I gave up I went back to the hospital where I originally had my nose surgery and consulted the director, and he said not to remove it, but to lower the glabella the way I want, put in the thinnest silicone, remove the nasal scar tissue, and reinforce it with ear cartilage.. The director kept scaring me.. asking if I wanted to go back to my original nose.. Honestly, my original nose was also a really wide, bulbous nose, but I hate my current nose even more.. It looks like a big bulbous nose and my nose is bigger than before.. To be honest, I don’t really trust him either, since he made my nose like this.. My questions are.. He said he would remove the scar tissue but isn’t scar tissue something that comes back up again after you remove it?.. ㅠ Also, would it be better to have removal surgery? Or would it be better to go in the direction of another revision surgery.. I’m really worried ㅠ Please give me objective answers..
