I'm on day 17 after nose surgery.. I like everything, and the nasal bridge is fine, but the nasal tip has gone slightly to the left, so the doctor told me to come in at the one-month mark. They also said there is a method of adding fat. Can a fat retouch add enough volume so that the nasal tip comes to the exact center? And do I have to pay again for a retouch.. When you have surgery, you sign a consent form saying you understand things can go wrong. Do you pay the retouch fee separately~? And if I'm really unhappy and get revision surgery, do most people pay again..? I heard some hospitals acknowledge it and do it for free.. I wonder how much negotiation is possible..? Also, my ear still hurts if it gets pressed while sleeping. Around when will my ear stop hurting?
