It’s my 5th day as a man..

On day 5, the tape on my nose got so itchy that I ended up removing it myself at home.. I was supposed to go to the hospital today to have it removed, but since it was Sunday.. I got it scheduled for Monday.. I had to go to work and it was itching, so I removed it as a sort of two birds with one stone.. Then I looked in the mirror.. and was shocked. I asked for my double eyelids to be made as thin as possible, with fat removal.. so they’d be barely visible, even if they weren’t visible at all.. but it seems like the opposite happened. For my nose, I had 3 mm silicone put in for the bridge, and used ear cartilage and septal cartilage to make the tip slim so the nostrils wouldn’t show, and I asked for the bridge line to be made thinner because it looked too thick.. but when I looked in the mirror, the bridge didn’t seem any different from before, and I was shocked because I looked like a human Avatar.. I didn’t smoke a single cigarette for 5 days, I did the compresses and took my medicine properly, but after looking in the mirror I smoked 4 in a row. I also had a chin implant inserted, but my upper and lower lips protrude differently.. the lower lip is pulled way in.. Is this what usually happens after chin surgery? Ah.. I’m so shocked right now I can’t think straight The bridge doesn’t seem any different.. the lower lip is pulled way in.. I look like an avatar.. I’m worried about going to work tomorrow too.. this is crazy what if it gets better with time?? And why is my nose so blocked when I’m standing up the blockage goes away, but when I’m sitting down.. my nose gets so blocked and it’s suffocating
