When I went around for revision surgery consultations, the directors at several clinics tilted their heads, and among them, three said it absolutely could not have been done with ear cartilage alone. Another even said, staking his own name on it, that it wasn’t, and asked who the surgeon who did my nose was... So my dad’s junior colleague is a plastic surgeon (a medical school professor at a university hospital), and he told me to stop by briefly during a dinner gathering, so I went. He said we’d know if we opened it up, but it couldn’t feel like this from ear cartilage alone. But for people who had a support strut made with ear cartilage and ear cartilage placed at the nasal tip (no nasal bridge work), is the nasal tip extremely hard, can you absolutely not make a pig nose, does it only move left and right but not up and down, and does the nose not press down like that? I guess you’d have to look inside with an open approach to know, right? Ah... it was a couples’ gathering, so I was really embarrassed and couldn’t ask my dad’s junior colleague any more, but I’m angry... It seems like they used septal cartilage however they wanted... They say if septal cartilage is used, the nostrils are packed after surgery, and if only ear cartilage is used, they don’t pack the nostrils with cotton.. My nostrils were packed with cotton,,, so septal cartilage was used, right?
