They say I had my cartilage repositioned right now.. They tied the alar cartilage into a ring shape.. after cutting it.. They said that to go back to my old nose, they can untie what was tied and raise the cartilage that was lowered... But if they untie the cartilage that had been tied in a ring shape, the cartilage would be shaped like a ring.. Does that mean they use sutures again to straighten it out??..... I wish there was nothing more inside my nose Does anyone know about repositioning When removing it, how is repositioning done...
