Why does it feel like my alar cartilages move more than before surgery? It pulls? Especially when I flare my nostrilsㅠ It’s driving me crazy.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
