<3-week removal review> Anyone worried about scar tissue?

I’m leaving a review in the hope that it will be of even a little help to those who are considering removal. I had both silicone and ear cartilage removed after a year and a half. The reason for removal was that my skin had become thinner and the cartilage was showing through, and my nose alone was too high, so it did not suit my face. So after putting up with it and putting up with it, I decided to remove them. Since they had been in place for quite a long time, there were severe adhesions, so I was very worried that if I removed them, I might get contracture or a sunken depression, but maybe because of the capsule, it did not become much lower, and contracture did not occur either. And I had raised the silicone quite high too, about 4 mm, so I was very worried.. As of today, it has been 3 weeks since removal, and I drank pumpkin juice diligently, so the swelling went down quickly, and the bruising disappeared after 2 weeks. It looks fine now, but since it has not even been a month yet, I am avoiding blowing my nose hard, going to saunas, or doing intense exercise. Oh, and the hospital where I had the surgery did the removal for free. They said it had to be done through an open approach, but I asked for a closed approach, so they removed it closed. Maybe because of that, scar tissue formed, and I’m worried.
