Exactly about 10 years ago, I had nose surgery where they rasped the nasal dorsum, tied the cartilage, and used silicone + AlloDerm (now that I write it out, it sounds like I had a lot done...;) I don't know if I'm only noticing it now or if the shape has really changed, but recently my nasal tip seems to be gradually more upturned. Also, because I've had guilt(?) about having plastic surgery all this time, I had been wondering whether I should remove it or get revision surgery, and now I'm wondering if I should remove it this time.... Since it's been so long, I also wonder if removal is even possible Reading posts here, it seems everyone who had removal did it not long after surgery... Are there also people who had removal after a long time had passed?
