Should I remove it?

My nose is crooked to the left, so I had a consultation for removal, and they said they would do the removal and even fat grafting afterward for the hump area, all for free. But they said that after removal, the under-shaved hump could bother me again in a different way from the current crooked nose, and that after removal I would have to wait at least 2-3 months, or about 6 months, before I could get fat grafting to fill in the hump area. They said fat tends to resorb easily, so I might not be satisfied, and then filler might be needed. From that point on, the cost would be on me, I guess.. Just how much will the hump show.. They say because of my bone structure, it can't be shaved smoothly, so it can't be helped, but I have no intention of touching my nose again.. Would it be okay to remove it? Even now the hump area is slightly raised.. Those who have had removal, please give me advice..
