I had surgery using ear and nasal cartilage to build up the nostril framework, and soft silicone to raise the nasal bridge. * When I read reviews, people said they fell asleep and woke up and it was over, but I honestly thought I was going to dieㅠㅠㅠ The anesthesia wore off while they were harvesting nasal cartilage ㅠㅠㅠ Half-awake, I could hear the hook making cracking sounds under the skin inside my nose near my eye, and I felt the cold metal sensation sliding through~~~ㅠㅠㅠㅠ Anesthesia usually doesn't work well on me, and I guess it was the same this time tooㅜㅜㅜ They anesthetized me again, but even though my eyelids became heavy and closed, I could still feel the cracking and scraping sensations, ugh~~ One nurse kept pressing on my eye socket, so during the surgery I kept asking her not to press on my eye I must have been such a noisy patient.... I don't even know whether this counted as sedation anesthesia or not ...;;; * I found out after removing the bandage. A blister formed at the entrance of the nostril on the side where cartilage wasn't harvested;;; It doesn't seem like postoperative inflammation... It seems like a blister from fatigue or stress, but could this spread inward into the skin? ;;; Should I go to the hospital? It's small, but there isn't just one, there are about three? so it really bothers me. * It's still throbbing. It's really hard to sleep. Especially at dawn the throbbing gets worse, hingㅠㅠㅠ When will this throbbing go away..ㅠ I'm getting the stitches removed in two days; will it get a bit better after the stitches are removed? Yesterday I thought it had gotten a bit better, and they said light walks are good for reducing swelling, so I walked by the riverside for a bit. Maybe because of that, or maybe it's still not time to heal yet, but it's throbbing, numb, and tight again. Whew~
