At first, after my nose surgery, it turned out so well that I was really happy, but even early on there was bleeding, some pus, and a strange smell from inside my nose,. Since I’m a man, I didn’t think much of it, smoked just 1 week after surgery, and started drinking right after 1 month had passed... Scabs formed inside my nose, so I kept picking at them with my fingers and poking with tissues... Anyway, I had the surgery in April 2011, and removed it after 2 years had passed. Now the nasal bridge is gone, and cartilage remains in the nasal tip, but I really don’t like it... About 1 year after surgery, my nose noticeably started becoming upturned, but I just thought, maybe it’s because I gained weight... and lived without thinking much about it... I’m planning to have surgery before the end of this year. I just feel it would be too much of a shame to live like this... When I became good-looking, everything was better... I became more popular too, but now I’m very withdrawn, so I can’t even properly meet people of the opposite sex Everyone, please take strict care after nose surgery too. If I had really managed it properly from the beginning, it probably wouldn’t have gotten this bad...

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoJan 13 If I remove it, will my nose be lower than my original nose?
Before putting in silicone, do they shave down the bridge of the nose first? Whether there is a hump or not, do they always shave it down before inserting it? So if it's removed, will it definitely be lower??
