It’s been about a month and a half since I had surgery with silicone on the nasal bridge, tying a conchal cartilage support strut, and conchal cartilage for the nasal tip. The nasal tip is high, so from the side it looks pointy, and the nostrils also look long and lifted; from the front, the nasal tip lobule is higher than the nasal alae, so the philtrum looks long too. Removal surgery varies so much from person to person, so some people say complete removal gives good results, while others say lowering the support strut is better... I’m on this community all day... it feels like I’m falling apart... I don’t even know whether cartilage repositioning has any meaning... Ah, this is really hardㅠㅠ
