I'm 2 weeks post-op, and in my opinion my nostrils are way too uneven. They were uneven from the first day of surgery when the splint was put on, but back then I just thought one side was severely swollen. But even as the swelling is going down, it seems to be going down while keeping that same shape. The clinic only says it must be swelling And it feels like the silicone has shifted to one side, making it look crooked. Please take a look Could it be swelling?
