While having hump nose surgery, I also had the crooked nose corrected a little, and the slightly drooping, long nose was supported with a septal extension graft. On top of that, I used ear cartilage to secure it and also sutured the alar cartilage. Because my bridge had been high to begin with, I only placed 1 mm silicone. But because the hump was so severe, one side was left almost completely untouched, as if nothing had been done to it, though my nose was still better than before surgery. The problem is that the tip is excessively high, and I'm really stressed out about it. I made the tip into a slightly upturned shape, but maybe because of that it looks even higher, and the ear cartilage looks different on the left and right sides too. Really, in the end I've booked a complete removal surgery. Could contracture happen if I undergo complete removal? I had surgery to correct a long nose, and now from the front you can slightly see my nostrils. If I want to prevent contracture, would it be enough to release the sutures on the alar cartilage too? The doctor says that if the septal extension graft is removed completely, the nose will collapse, but I asked them to remove everything. Still, they say it would be better to leave about half of it behind. My nose is already high enough, so I don't want any of it. I just want everything removed...

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone
