A month ago, I had revision surgery for a crooked nose, uneven nostrils, rhinitis, and a deviated septum from 7 years ago (at an ENT clinic). The uneven nostrils have gone back to how they were before, and a little artificial dermis was placed on the bridge of my nose (after osteotomy). The tip of my nose was not touched in the part that had been done with septal cartilage 7 years ago (I was satisfied with that part in my own way). But maybe too much osteotomy was done, because when I look from the front, only the upper part of the bridge of my nose (just about the upper one-third of the bridge) looks indented like a groove, and from the side it looks even worse. The right side is slightly sunken, like someone whose nose got pinched by glasses, and on the left side, the line where the dermis was inserted is visible a little longer than one-third of the way. T_T Today I went to the hospital and was so stressed that I said I was just bursting into tears, and they said they would do revision surgery again, but they said they would just lightly cover the sunken part with artificial dermis. If they do that, will it really come out looking right? But it has only been a month since the surgery, so the director said they were worried about infection and talked about waiting 3 months, but I told them I couldn’t wait that long.. They said they would also fix the uneven nostrils then, but it could be a more complicated surgery. T_T Sigh... it’s really so hard. The crooked nose seems to have been corrected, but it looks too obvious. If they lightly cover the osteotomized area with dermis, will it look natural?
